Reservations are confirmed subject to availability. Please let us know as early as possible if your plans change so we can offer the table to other guests.

We hold your table for a short grace period. Repeated no-shows may affect future bookings.

Some bookings ask for a deposit. If yours does, the amount and the deadline are shown before you pay, and again in the message we send you.

The deposit is charged when you pay it, not on the night, and it is deducted from your bill.

Your table is held from the moment the booking is made. If the deposit is not paid by the deadline shown, the booking is released and the table offered to other guests.

Payment is taken by our payment provider on a page they host. We never see your card details.

Cancel with at least the notice period shown on your booking and the deposit is refunded in full.

Cancel later than that, or do not arrive, and the deposit is kept: the kitchen has already bought and prepared for your table.

Every refund is approved by a member of staff before any money moves, so it is not instant. Once approved it reaches your card through your bank, usually within a few working days.

If a refund fails, because the card has been closed for example, we will contact you to arrange it another way.

A table booked for a particular date and time is not covered by the fourteen-day right to withdraw from a contract made at a distance. That right does not apply to catering arranged for a specific date, and it is the reason the paragraph above can keep a deposit at all.

Dishes, availability and prices may change with the season and are confirmed in the restaurant. Allergen information is available on request; please tell us about allergies when booking.
